Sports - Football
While football is very popular in Thailand, and with there being numerous football pitches all over the Pattaya region, not surprisingly, playing it, is very much a young man’s game and what with most of the expats in the region being somewhat older there are not many opportunities for expat football players to participate. There is at least one 7-a-side league that is currently operating at present, but these things can change quite quickly for better or worse.
For younger children however there are a multitude of opportunities with the Thai's being very enthusiastic about the game, with pitches all over the place
