Around Mabprachan Reservoir, there is a purpose-built cycle track.
It's almost exactly 10 kilometers long, with a separate running lane for about half of the way.
Since the track opened, a slew of bike rental shops have sprouted up along its length, the majority of which rent out low-quality bikes aimed squarely at beginners and youngsters.
The Cycle Hub, located around midway down the Eastern length, is likely the only quality shop in the area.
On most evenings, a large number of people cycling, running, and walking around the track has proven to be quite popular with the local populace.
This popularity has resulted in a significant increase in the number of Coffee Shops around the reservoir, making it a very pleasant area to spend some time in the early evening.
Unfortunately, it is not a good site for serious riders, since the large number of beginners and youngsters limits your speed considerably.
